WIP It!
Works-in-progress are making me crazy so there will be no casting on for something new until something gets finished. Here are the main contenders:
1. Socks for SIL - one done; 21of 26 cable crossings done on the other.
2. Blanket for Youngest Child - 2/3 done. Each stripe is one 100 g ball. I'm ready to begin the decreasing portion which will use two more balls. The short end measures 32" (82 cm).
3. Tesselated Hat - half done, but I want to redo the earflaps now that I have unvented a better way.
4. Shawl-collared Vest - aka last year's Olympic Knitting project; needs raw edges of steeks turned under and a zipper installed.

You've certainly been busy. I love the blanket. The colours are great. Bias blankets are such quick knits too. :)
Happy Knitting!
Sounds like they're all close enough to being finished that a bit of will power ought to put them over the edge :-)
It was great meeting you on Monday! It's so nice to put a real person to a blog. I had planned to write a blog post about it, but I got the call about my sister on Tuesday right after work. I'm flying out this morning (6:45 flight - arggh).
